The Embassy of The State of Qatar in The Republic of Malta has organized in collaboration with Sant Clara College Secondary School a sporting event to promote the2022 FIFA World Cup in The State of Qatar. 

Over 200 children, and 50 teachers and coaches from Sant Clara College Secondary School as part the Embassy’s outreach prog ramme and community sports engagement initiatives.
 

The Day was launched by Mr. Khalid Ali Abel – Charge D’affaires, who stressed on The importance of maintain healthy lifestyle in children and expressed the power of sport to positively impact lives and create sustainable social development in communities.

The event comprised of a full day of friendly, competitive activities, including football, and other multi-sports activities, with The Embassy staff, Sant Clara College Secondary School’s directors and students, where children were provided with balloons from the Supreme Committee for Delivery &Legacy of The State of Qatar.
