Mr. Khalid Abel – Acting Charge’ D’Affaires at The Embassy of The State of Qatar to Malta paid a courtesy visit to the University of Malta.

H.H. The Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to H.E. The President of Malta Dr. George Vella, pertaining to the bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them.

H.Hon. Dr. Ian Borg – Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Capital Projects, met with Mr. Khalid Abel – Acting Charge’ D’Affaires at The Embassy of The State of Qatar to Malta.

Brigadier Jeffery Curmi – Commander Armed Forces of the Republic Malta, met with Mr. Khalid Abel – Acting Charge D’Affaires at The Embassy of The State of Qatar to Malta. During the meeting, Mr. Abel- Charge D’Affaires has delivered a letter from H.E. Staff Lieutenant (Pilot) Salem Bin Hamad Bin Mohammed Bin Aqeel Al Nabit – Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of The State of Qatar addressed to Brigadier Jeffery Curmi - Commander Armed Forces of Malta.

H.Hon. Clyde Caruana – Minister for Finance and Employment of The Republic of Malta, met with Mr. Khalid Abel – Acting Charge’ D’Affaires at The Embassy of The State of Qatar to Malta.
