Mr. Khalid Ali Abel – Charge affaires at The Embassy of The State of Qatar in The Republic of Malta held a reception on the occasion of The National Day of The State of Qatar On Wednesday 18 December 2019, at Hilton Malta.

The ceremony was attended by H.Hon. Miachel Farrugia – Minister for Home Affairs and National Security as " The Guest of Honour", H.Hon. Jose' Herrera – Minister for the Environment, Sustainable Development and climate change, H.Hon. Prof. Edward Scicluna - Minister of Finance, H.E. Joseph Theuma – non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Malta to The State of Qatar, and Hon. Dr. Clifton Grima – Parlimentary Secretary for Youths, Sports and Voluntary Organizations, and a number of Junior Ministers , assistant minsters, members of Parliament, mayors of cities, senior officials, media people, businessmen, and  heads of Arab and foreign Diplomatic Missions accredited to the Republic of Malta.
