Dr. Hamad Bin Abdulaziz  Al-Kuwari – Minister of The State of Qatar- H.E.Mr. Salah Bin Ghanem Al-Ali – Minister of Culture and sports – and H.E.  ٍSheikh/ Faisal Bin Kacem Al-Thani .
